By creating an account or using Hookset, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Use of the service
You must be at least 13 years old to use Hookset. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account. You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes and not to misuse, abuse, or harm other users or the service.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of content you post (e.g. photos, catches, posts). By posting, you grant us a licence to use, store, and display that content as needed to operate the service and in line with your privacy settings. You must not post content that infringes others’ rights or is illegal, harmful, or offensive.
4. Our rights
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these terms or for other operational or legal reasons. We may change the service or these terms; we will notify you of material changes where appropriate. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
5. Disclaimers
The app is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. Fishing and outdoor activities involve risk; we are not responsible for your safety or decisions made using the app.
6. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim (or zero if the service is free).
